1. Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your package was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must have all original crepucule tags and packaging intact.
- Items with signs of wear, makeup stains, or distinct odors will not be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return or exchange process, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer care team via email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and instructions within 24–48 hours.
- Securely pack your items and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Unless the return is due to a quality defect or a shipping error on our part, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse:
- We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We hold our craftsmanship to the highest standards. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund right away.
